Health Disclaimer
Not medical advice
All content in the Evette app, on evette.app, and in the Journal is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider who knows your personal situation.
Predictions are estimates
Period, ovulation, fertile-window, and due-date predictions are statistical estimates based on the data you log. Bodies vary, cycles vary, and predictions can be wrong. Do not use Evette as your sole method of contraception. If avoiding pregnancy matters to you, use a method of contraception recommended by a healthcare provider.
Pregnancy information
Pregnancy-mode content describes typical development and common experiences. Your pregnancy is individual; your prenatal care provider’s guidance always takes precedence over anything in the app.
When to seek care
Contact a healthcare provider promptly about symptoms that concern you — including (without limitation) severe pain, very heavy bleeding, a missed period without explanation, sudden pattern changes, or any urgent symptom during pregnancy. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Never delay seeking care because of something Evette did or didn’t tell you.
